    • Structure and execute tax equity and debt financing transactions to support the company’s renewable energy and solar project investments.
    • Lead negotiations for key financing documents, including tax equity partnership agreements, credit agreements, securitization documents, and HoldCo financing agreements.
    • Manage transaction due diligence and coordinate with legal counsel, technical consultants, rating agencies, lenders, tax equity investors, and other external partners through financial close.
    • Work closely with tax equity investors, lenders, and financing partners throughout deal marketing, closing, and ongoing facility management.
    • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used to evaluate renewable energy investments, project cash flows, returns, debt structures, and tax benefits.
    • Partner with internal development, construction, legal, accounting, and operations teams to support successful project execution and financing.
    • Monitor the financial performance of operating solar and renewable energy assets, working with the operations team to identify performance trends and potential financial impacts.
    • Support ongoing portfolio management, including financial reporting, covenant monitoring, lender requirements, and financing-related analysis.


    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, solar project finance, tax equity, structured finance, investment banking, or infrastructure finance.
    • Prior solar or renewable energy transaction experience is required.
    • Strong understanding of tax equity, project finance, debt financing, renewable energy tax incentives, and project-level financial structures.
    • Experience building and maintaining financial models for renewable energy or infrastructure transactions.
    • Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
