The Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing process plans for a variety of engine components. This includes working with the design team to understand the product requirements, developing detailed process plans, and ensuring that the plans are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as experience with Teamcenter.
Develop and implement manufacturing process plans for a variety of products.
Work with the design team to understand the product requirements.
Develop detailed process plans that meet the product requirements.
Ensure that the process plans are implemented effectively.
Conduct time studies and analyze manufacturing data to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement work instructions for the shop floor.
Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date on new manufacturing technologies and techniques.
