Structures Technician

STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. These positions support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment.

Position Overview

Structures Technicians will perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates should have previous experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and must be able to pass both a written and hands-on assessment.

These positions offer highly competitive pay using a piece-rate structure per aircraft. Compensation will vary depending on the type of installation or modification performed.

• A220
• A320

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft
• A&P license strongly preferred but not required
• Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties
• Must pass a written assessment
• Must pass a hands-on assessment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid and current driver’s license
• Must have the ability to obtain an airport badge
• Must be able to work any shift or schedule required

Compensation

Authorization
