Stucco Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to grow our stucco and exterior wall systems business. You will work with contractors, builders, and distributors, providing technical guidance while driving sales and building lasting relationships. This role combines field visits, product demos, and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and manage existing accounts within your territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support on EIFS, One Coat, and Polymer-Based stucco systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales strategies and promotional efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and building code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in construction materials or stucco systems.
• Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly to contractors, architects, and builders.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.
