Student Accounts Specialist

A well-established private Christian K-12 school in the Orlando area is seeking a Student Accounts Specialist to join its Finance team. This role is responsible for managing student tuition accounts, processing payments, supporting collections, and providing exceptional customer service to families.

Salary:  $58,000 - $62,000 BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student tuition and fee accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due balances
• Process payments and maintain accurate account records
• Assist families with payment plans and account inquiries
• Collaborate with Finance, Admissions, and Registrar teams
• Support monthly reporting and year-end account activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or a related finance role
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with student information systems or tuition management software is a plus
