Position Summary
Spalding University's Office of Student Affairs seeks a student-centered, creative, and inclusive professional to serve as the Student Activities & Engagement Coordinator. This role is essential to fostering a vibrant campus environment rooted in belonging, connection, and student success.
The Coordinator leads the design, implementation, and assessment of co-curricular programs, student activities, and leadership development initiatives that engage a diverse student population, including traditional, adult, graduate, and online learners. Working closely with student leaders and campus partners, this position cultivates meaningful opportunities for involvement, leadership growth, and community building.
Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Coordinator plays a central role in strengthening student connection to Spalding University by creating inclusive experiences that promote engagement, retention, and holistic development.
