Required Education:

High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or in current licensure program

Required Experience:

  • Experience working in a diverse school community
  • Background and training in restorative practices and cultural proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for students and families - proactive communication
  • Work closely with Student Support Team to provide proactive, culturally responsive and restorative support to students and families
  • Serve as relationship mentors to students during all times of school day
  • Participate in / lead restorative circles
  • Other duties as assigned
