This is a part-time job focused on good customer service as well as responsibility and
organization. Main duties are answering and directing phone calls to the correct areas,
making and scheduling appointments for one-on-ones and departments meetings as
well as managing a calendar system for Leave, taking notes during department meetings
as well as other important committee meetings, keeping files organized and easy to find
for everyone in the department, reconciling p-card statements at the end of each
month, looking through transaction reports and finding missing receipts or contacting
Campus Stores for missing receipts, receiving calls for the STA's and completing work
orders as well as using ServiceNow for following up on their work orders to make sure
they have been completed.
