Student After Hours Maintenance Position

Covenant Seminary's Facilities Maintenance Team has animmediate part-time opening for a student position. The position is a paid, on-call position. A student living on campus is preferred to reduce response time to maintenance requests. The student switches off After Hours Duties every 2 weeks with another student. When on duty, the student needs to remain within 30 minutes of campus and carry an on-call phone provided by the Seminary. The on-call time is paid by a rent reduction of 50%.This job is a good fit for those who have:Aptitude for repair workTrouble-shooting abilityRespectful / customer service attitudeAbility to learn from mistakesPhysical Requirements: The ability bend, squat, and work on your feet, and to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.Experience: Previous experience in any of the building and construction trades is preferred.
