Hours: As needed
Duties:
Promote student ambassador club and recruit new membership
Speak to all classes from T1-T6 about club and 1st meeting
Hold information session for new students each trimester
Regular communication/meetings with co-SAC president
Responsible for all SAC events:
Planning and coordination of each event
Responsible for member attendance at each event
Must be in attendance of each event that is program specific and/or coordinate with lead person in the other programs
Lead each event
Track each event including written evaluation of each event
Responsible for timely correspondence with the student ambassador email account and student ambassador voicemail
Must serve 3 terms (3rd term transition period for new presidents)
Regular meetings and communications of progress of the club with admissions on weekly, monthly, trimester (Communication with student affairs, alumni as needed)
Selection of new candidates for presidents (Admissions to interview)
Failure to meet said responsibilities could lead to termination of position and cancellation of Student Ambassador Co-President Agreement
