Job Summary
Responsible for leading the strategic administration, integration, and optimization of the technology platform that supports student engagement and success, overseeing the management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, case management software, and other technology tools that enhance student services across the student lifecycle from recruitment through retention and completion. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions
Serve as lead administrator for the college's CRM system used in Recruitment, Admissions, Advising, and retention efforts. Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, communication campaign development, and integration with other systems (e.g., Student Information System (SIS), Financial Aid, Learning Management System). Manage CRM user roles, permissions, training, and ongoing support for campus partners.
Manage and support additional platforms such as case management systems (e.g., Guardian), chatbots, and virtual assistants, appointment scheduling tools, student engagement and success platforms. Collaborate with instruction, advising, academic support, and Information Technology (IT) teams to implement and maintain solutions that improve student outcomes.
Ensure data integrity across all platforms, with a focus on usability and reporting. Ensure all technology and data practices adhere to legal and institutional regulations, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), to protect student records. Develop and manage reports, dashboards, predictive models, and analytics to track enrollment and student success metrics, troubleshoot and resolve related technical issues, and inform decision-making. Support compliance, assessment, and accreditation reporting requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies that align with institutional goals related to access, enrollment, and student success. Act as a liaison among technical, functional, and leadership teams to translate needs into actionable system improvements.
Provide onboarding, training, and documentation to ensure the successful adoption of technologies by staff and faculty. Lead or support cross-functional teams in project planning, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Proficient in managing enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, case management systems, chatbots, virtual assistants, and student success tools.
Ability to lead systems implementation, training, and ongoing optimization.
Knowledge of Banner Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA) and student services functions.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues, particularly those related to platform configuration, reporting tools, and system integration.
Working knowledge of community college admissions & recruitment processes.
Knowledge of student populations and the technologies that support access and success.
Highly effective analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and must be detail-oriented.
Experience working as a liaison and ability to convey highly technical concepts to a wide range of internal contacts and deal effectively with external contractors.
Experience analyzing data and generating reports.

Out-of-town candidates invited for an on-campus interview will be reimbursed for one-half of the transportation cost for travel performed within the United States. The College will arrange and pay for up to two nights lodging.
