Student Assistant - Athletics Ticket Office Operations (Fall)

Position Introduction:

As an employee of the OU Athletic Ticket Office, you will be the front line of the athletic department. You will work with other student workers to assist in the operations of the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will be assisting customers in purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers. Students must be willing to work select home sporting events, but it will be mandatory for student workers to work all home football games until halftime.

Essential Functions:

• Provide customer service through phone, in person, and email avenues
• Ticket sales and order management
• Database management
• Game day event preparation and management
• Complementary ticket management and fulfillment
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
