Salary: $19.18

Days & Hours: Variable weekly schedule to be established by supervisor. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB:
Perform administrative and clerical support duties for the Career Center.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education requirement:
Experience in clerical assistance, customer service and problem solving
Experience working with Excel spreadsheets and data entry
Must be a current student enrolled at GGU
Knowledge of:
Standard PC operating systems and office equipment
Proficiency using Internet and current version of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Excel spreadsheets, including entering, sorting, filtering, and searching data
Standard document filing and retrieval practices
Skills and abilities:
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Work effectively in a team environment, utilizing in-person and online meeting formats (MS Teams, Zoom)
Operate general office equipment (fax machines, copiers, scanners, printers, etc.).
Manage sensitive student information and maintain confidentiality
Work in a fast-paced environment and juggle various tasks under minimal supervision
Exercise good judgment and perform duties with attention to detail
