The Office of Recreation and Wellness is Hiring!
We¿re currently looking for motivated students to join our team as Intramural Referees. If you have a positive attitude, strong time management skills, and a willingness to work, we want to hear from you!
Shifts available:
Monday- 6:00pm-11:00pm
Tuesday- 6:00pm-11:00pm
Thursday- 6:00pm-11:00pm
times may vary and there may be additional days.
We are looking for individuals who have a great attitude, patient, and want to work outside. You will be trained in all sports that you Referee. Sports include Flag Football, Indoor Soccer, Outdoor Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Pickleball, and Tennis.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include:
Lead briefings with player and coaches
Control the play- strong and confident play calls
Issue penalties
Handal conflicts within the sports with professionalism
Manage time
Confirm and be confident in scoring
