Job Description

THIS IS A NON-CAREER APPOINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH

As a student assistant, this position is responsible for working with the public via telephone, email, mail, fax, web and voicemail to handle residential, commercial and industrial utility concerns. Conducts interviews by telephone on complaints and determines if needs to be processed. This position will provide assistance inputting web complaints, referrals, mailbox messages and emails into the database. Provide back-up for the section and handle other responsibilities as assigned.
