Major/Essential Functions

Provides user support for Data Analytics and Strategy products including initial triage of issues, assists with resolution, and escalates issues to technical staff when required. Assists in the creation and maintenance of training materials, reference documents, and FAQ documents.

About the Department and/or College

Data Analytics & Strategy includes Institutional Research, Analytics Enablement, and Data Governance. Institutional Research is responsible for submitting State reports, Federal reports, responding to surveys, and analysis services. Analytics Enablement is responsible for architecting and maintaining environments that support enterprise analytics, self-service BI, and advanced analytics. Data Governance governs data for the university and coordinates shared definitions, ownership & stewardship, metadata & lineage, policies & standards, and data quality.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
