Position Overview
The City of Henderson announces an examination to create a consideration for hire list and to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Student Assistant Part-Time, in the Department of Parks and Recreation (Park Planning). The consideration for hire list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to one (1) year.
Under immediate supervision, performs work of routine difficulty assisting with the routine function of the department to which assigned.

The ideal candidate is a Landscape Architecture student who has basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, Auto CAD, reviewing construction documents and specifications, and interested in the public sector. We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn and has a desire to impact our community.
