SUMMARY
Grows and develops customer service skills by providing students and the general public with community support and assistance. Develops an understanding of student and community needs to provide professional assistance to students and the community in support of student success. Develops relationships with new students and continuing students at Tri-C, encouraging and supporting their success at Tri-C.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Supports student success activities • Provides student success information and connections to campus resources through class visits and campus email • Provides assistance to peers in navigating campus services and enrollment processes at Tri-C • Acquires familiarity with campus operations, facilities, student services, and My Tri-C • Greets and assists students at key Student Services areas, conducting campus tours and serving as host/hostesses at campus events and activities • Makes class visits as needed • Provides overall excellent customer service to students and members of the community • Performs other duties as assigned
