Our operating hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; must be able to commit to 20 hours per week. Preferably working one of two shifts, 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm Monday through Friday.
Job Description:
Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting staff, and senior IFAS leadership
- Errands on campus via state vehicle
- Performing clerical duties that support departmental operations
- Maintaining discretion and confidential information
This position is open to currently enrolled students, and all majors are welcome to apply. this position has the potential to continue in the concurrent semesters.
Expected Salary:
$15.00 an hour
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver''''s License for campus errands
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
