Position TitleStudent Athlete Dining Cook @ Camp Randall Stadium & Kohl Center ArenaPay Range$18.00 to $22.00 (+ $5 additional hourly rate on football game days!)Job SummaryJoin our team as a Student Athlete Dining Cook and play an essential role in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to student-athletes. You'll prepare meals that meet the highest culinary standards while adhering to federal, state, and corporate regulations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality food and service are key! Anticipated start date in July.Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and production schedules to meet delivery and service timelines.Portioning & Service: Serve meals or prepare items for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, proper temperatures, and that food is visually appealing and delicious.Cleanliness & Organization: Clean kitchen areas after meal preparation and service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard any excess food following safe food-handling procedures.Inventory & Storage: Keep refrigerators, storerooms, and kitchen spaces clean and well-organized. Ensure food and supplies are stored properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate kitchen equipment safely and according to instructions.
