Job Responsibilities

  • Manages Housing Operations Social Media Account

  • Copywriting and content creation

  • Help plan and execute Housing Operations Campaigns

  • Organizes and Schedules Communication Calendar

  • Requires marketing skills and experience

  • Answers phones and greets visitors, resolves routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines

  • Makes bookkeeping entries and maintains audit trail files

  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desk top computers

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
