Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The Division of University Advancement is seeking applications from highly motivated students to work 15-20 hours per week conducting various aspects of database maintenance including:
  • Utilization of constituent relations software (Raiser's Edge) for data entry and cleanup;
  • Performance of conventional and online data collection;
  • Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets;
  • Assistance with special projects;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in the USC university system at a minimum of 6 hours for undergraduates.
  • The position requires that the student employee maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism are musts as is the ability to work independently with direction.
