Advertised Job Summary
The Division of University Advancement is seeking applications from highly motivated students to work 15-20 hours per week conducting various aspects of database maintenance including:
- Utilization of constituent relations software (Raiser's Edge) for data entry and cleanup;
- Performance of conventional and online data collection;
- Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets;
- Assistance with special projects;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in the USC university system at a minimum of 6 hours for undergraduates.
- The position requires that the student employee maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism are musts as is the ability to work independently with direction.
