| Responsibilities: | - Support the Cheshire Community YMCA’s Health and Wellness Director in all aspects of the AAP program including:
- Promotion and participant recruitment
- Tracking participant testing results
- Tracking participant attendance
- Communicating with participants
- Interact with volunteers, members, and community partners/businesses when needed
- Learn about the different chronic disease programs and wellness classes offered by the Cheshire YMCA in order to better understand the AAP program and provide guidance to program participants

| Qualifications: | - Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent computer, oral, written and problem-solving skills
- Work well independently, and provide excellent customer service to participants and partners
- Must be organized and able to work effectively with volunteers and staff
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

| Hours of Position: | - Student will be expected to work up to 6-8 hours per week Monday through Friday. Time of day varies by program that is being supported.
