    Job Title:Lab Assistant for Chemistry
    Department:Chemistry
    Student Employment Type:Federal Work-Study
    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and break down weekly lab equipment for general, organic and biochemistry labs.
    • Prepare solutions, portion out reagents, other miscellaneous prep for experiments.
    • Clean labs and prep areas.
    • Organize lab cabinets, storage areas, and supplies.
    Qualifications:

    • Science major required; will train accordingly

    Hours of Position:
    • Schedule is written based on class schedule and lab run times. 6 hours a week

    • Friday afternoon availability is highly desired.
