| Responsibilities: | - Answering basic patron questions
- Referring patrons in need of professional assistance to Librarians
- Answering the phone
- Check-in and check-out of library materials
- Processing mail
- Copying and scanning
- Library database searching
- Shelving books and journals
- Shelf reading
- Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | - Reliable
- Excellent customer services skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all library patrons: students, staff and faculty
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Capable of following directions and working independently
- Library experience preferred but not necessary

| Hours of Position: | - Monday –Thursday 4pm – 8pm
- Friday 3pm – 5pm
- Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 5pm
|
