| Responsibilities: | - Greet, welcome, and contact students that either have office hour appointments or stop the Office of Global Engagement
- Help to promote Office of Global Engagement events by making flyers or posting on social media
- Assist office staff with information sessions and fairs, open houses and other University events to promote global engagement
- Assist and advise students on study abroad options (e.g. how to navigate the study abroad portal and how to apply for programs)
- Other study abroad-related projects as assigned

| Qualifications: | - Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Quinnipiac-related technologies (i.e. MyQ, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Canva
- Preference for prior participation in a Quinnipiac study abroad program
