Responsibilities:
Attend weekly check-in meetings with Karin Wagner (Founder, Invigorate & Co-Founder, YGTK!) and other key stakeholders from YGTK! and NCV.
Update and manage the marketing calendar and project plans, including partner campaigns, sponsor deliverables, events, and content pipelines.
Create engaging social media content for Invigorate using Canva, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, and written posts across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social platforms for trending topics and audience engagement to inform and inspire new content ideas that align with Invigorate’s mission and brand voice.
Develop e-mail and SMS campaigns for Invigorate and the Invisible Strength campaign.
Support cross-promotional strategies for Invigorate and YGTK! in collaboration with YGTK!'s marketing staff and leadership team.
Assist in developing and distributing promotional content for NCV programs. Support strategic initiatives as needed.
Update and maintain digital platforms including WordPress (www.invigorateyourjourney.com), Linktr.ee, Circle, and others.
Coordinate and design promotional email campaigns and e-newsletters.
Provide general project management support, helping to move marketing and program initiatives forward.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategy.
Ability to manage time well and consistently meet deadlines.
