Student Experience Ambassador provides guidance and support to new students through the application, placement testing, orientation and enrollment process; including account re-activation. These positions will interact with and serve a diverse population of prospective and current students in all different modalities including in-person, phones and virtually; provide information as the first point of contact on campus; process admission and registration related forms; assist students with online self-service options; assist with identifying student needs and entering into virtual waiting line system; provide enrollment workshops in individual and group settings, assist with coordination and facilitation of group advising/orientation sessions; monitor data and prepare reports, assist in recruitment and retention related events; provide general clerical assistance and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
40% - Student Support & Customer Service
Assist prospective and current students in person, by phone, and virtually
Serve as the first point of contact

Process admissions and registration forms

Conduct enrollment workshops

10% - Student Intake & Service Coordination
Assess student needs

Connect students with appropriate resources
