This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Student Administrative and Operations Intern position for Recreational Sports and Student Experiences & Engagement at Oregon State University (OSU).The Student Administrative and Operations Intern supports the administrative functions of Recreational Sports and Student Experiences & Engagement while gaining hands-on experience in higher education administration. This position provides project, operational, and executive support through research, communications, scheduling, data collection, documentation, process improvement, and event coordination.
The internship is designed to develop professional competencies in communication, project management, assessment, organizational leadership, collaboration, and business operations. Working under the guidance of professional staff, the intern assists with implementing initiatives, supporting department operations, and improving processes that enhance the student and staff experience.
