The University of New Mexico Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) is seeking highly motivated student applicants to join our team as a Facilities Stock Clerk. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with talking to peers and assisting with their needs. Must be an enthusiastic and team-oriented person who is self-driven with good initiative and prepared to ask questions when warranted.

Duties will include:

  • Using online portals to order and receive medical supplies
  • Work with vendors to process returns and follow up on orders
  • Maintain stock room
  • Fulfill orders placed by SHAC medical departments
  • Assist with maintaining stock of PPE gear around SHAC
  • Other light duties to assist SHAC facilities
