Has depth of knowledge and skills of SIS software. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of SIS data and the accuracy, reliability, retrieval, reporting and security of all student information. Supports all SIS tasks and works closely with administration, faculty and staff to facilitate an understanding of requirements and deadlines. Assists with annual setup/configuration which includes calendar, scheduling, attendance, grades, photo imports, quarterly report cards, summer school, end of grade, honor roll calculations, and related items. Assist in training for school-based data managers/staff and district staff. Assist the Principals with the yearly scheduling process through SIS, a web-based automated master schedule builder.
