To maintain current student database on student enrollment, transfer of school, dropouts, daily attendance and absences, and is responsible for all student records for official reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent and comparable experience required.
- Three (3) years progressively responsible experience that involved the application of sound judgement, discretion, and principles and practices of administrative function in school setting or similar organization, preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of the ADM reporting and school finance terminology as it relates to reconciling student data and integrity errors.
- Must have some knowledge of standard business machines and equipment including Mac and PC's, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.) and Google platform.
- Skill in working in an environment subject to frequent interruptions, quickly changing priorities, and occasionally limited directions.
- Skill in communicating courteously and professionally both, orally and in writing, while working with students, staff, parents, and the general public.
- Must have proven successful employment record.
