Supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision while gaining practical experience by applying academic knowledge in a healthcare environment. Participates in organizational workflows, training sessions, and team discussions to build skills and contribute to team initiatives.

Communicates progress and challenges effectively, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to organizational policies and procedures.

Provides valuable exposure to healthcare operations and fosters professional growth through collaboration, mentorship, and feedback.

Education: 

Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a degree program in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
An undergraduate degree (or near completion) in a business-related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional communication practices.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow directions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required):
Employees in this position may operate a vehicle for assigned business purposes as a non-frequent driver.

A frequent driver is defined as one who:

• Drives at least once daily,
• Completes at least five individual trips per week, or
• Drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of their job.
