About this Job
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is responsible for managing and protecting the state's renewable natural resources, including all wildlife and aquatic life. The incumbent of this position serves as a Student Intern in the Office of Management and Finance Division - Human Resources Section.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE -- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience or training required. Incumbent must be a full time student to be eligible for this position.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE -- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write legible, simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees in the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
