Position Information:

This position provides clerical/secretarial support for various programs in the District's Student Learning Department. Responsibilities include generating reports, entering data, coordinating testing, and supporting program functions.

Shift Details: 5 hours a day; 220 day calendar

Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Hourly Rate: $36.40 (Hourly) (2025-2026 Office Personnel Salary Schedule) [Effective Sept. 1, 2026: $38.07 Hourly]

Position Type/Level: Office Personnel Level D

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

and, one of the following:

  • Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
  • Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
  • Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
