General Function

This position will provide support for programs, events, and services sponsored by Student Life.

This position may require working weekends and after regular business hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage, organize, and keep an updated inventory of Student Life equipment.

  2. Create and maintain a checkout system for student Life equipment and supplies.

  3. Order promotional items and distribute them to area campuses as directed by the Executive Director of Student Life.

  4. Reserve and prepare spaces for Student Life programs and events.

  5. Assist with event, program, activity and meeting set-up.

  6. Purchases and orders food and snacks for Student Life programs and events.

  7. Coordinates the logistics for information tables.

  8. Provide support for general Student Life operations as directed by the Executive Director of Student Life.

  9. Maintains the bulletin boards on Central Campus.

  10. Maintain Student Life golf cart(s) and vehicles.

  11. Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree and one - two years experience in related field, preferable in a college setting. Must posses a valid NC Driver's License. Must be able to life 30lbs.
