Student - Methods 6 TA (Fall 2026)

Hours:

• Approximately 4 hours per week
• Lab sessions: Friday 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Duties:

• Assist T6 students within the lab as they learn both interpretation of palpation findings and adjusting technique for the full spine and extremities
• Assess adjustment skills of students during lab on Microsoft Forms
• Provide feedback on palpation and adjusting performance
• Assist during competency evaluations and practical exams
• Practice all lab protocols for sanitization and protection
• Clean and organize lab after lab sessions

Requirements

• A current student in the College of Chiropractic at NWHSU in good academic standing
• Successful completion of Chiropractic Methods 1-5
• T7 or higher tri-level student
• Must be able to commit to a full 2-hour lab session: Fridays 8:00 - 10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Able to convey clear and accurate explanations to students
• Must be available during the scheduled practical exam at the end of the trimester
