Chelmsford Public Schools - Announcement of Vacancy for the 2026- 2027 School Year

The Chelmsford Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following anticipated vacancy. The District reserves the right to change this vacancy or not fill this vacancy based on further staffing changes, enrollment, or budget.

Student Night Supervisor- Chelmsford High School

FTE: 5 hours per week, part time, employee at will.

Reports To: Chelmsford High School Principal as needed

• Site Supervisor- Responsible for any emergencies that may arise, as needed.
• Set up and breakdown of classrooms, physical meeting space, open instructional areas and technology assistance as require, as needed.
• Checking and submitting student work paystubs.
• Liaison between night school and day school administration.
• Work with school online platform to set up classes for students.
• Handle required paperwork as directed.
• Be available during the school week to assist students and/or administration.
• Be available to trouble shoot and work with the online platform to help address student and school problems.
• Supervise student performance and progress.
• Willingness to learn the functions of the online platform.
• Prepare final grade reports.
• Oversee management of the school program.
• Discipline, if needed
• Work with technology to make sure appropriate software is loaded on computers.
• Other duties as required for a successful program.
• Collecting bi-weekly payroll time sheets.
• Be available one night per week to meet with the students who need assistance.

Position Type: After School/ Evening Positions Available:1 Salary: $2,500. Stipend
