Are you a nursing student ready to take your classroom knowledge to the next level? The Student Nurse Academy (SNA) at Deaconess offers hands-on hospital experience designed to help you grow, learn, and prepare for a successful RN career.

Fall Session Dates:

📅 August 4th – October 25th

As part of our SNA team, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Nurses in a supportive, precepted environment where you can build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and gain real-world patient care experience while still in nursing school.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited RN nursing program (AACN, CCNE, or ACEN)
• Completion of at least one semester of clinical rotations
• Active BLS certification
• Submission of unofficial transcript

Compensation:

• $16–$19/hour based on SNA level
• Evening/night and weekend shift incentives available
• Potential performance-based bonus opportunities
