How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Provide direct, high-quality nursing care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse preceptor, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare protocols.

  • Assess and track patient vital signs, status, and clinical responses, accurately documenting and reporting critical observations to the healthcare team.

  • Assist preceptors in developing and updating patient care plans by promptly reporting diagnostic test results and key clinical observations.

  • Optimize unit efficiency by managing patient preparations, coordinating safe transport for diagnostic services, and performing essential environmental and assigned support tasks.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
