JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Social Sciences Program Manager with the daily functions of the Social Sciences Unit and Hub.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and analysis using Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain organized digital files and folders in SharePoint and Teams
  • Prepare and format flyers, Word documents, memos, and reports as requested
  • Support calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Assist with monitoring and updating procurement and budget records
  • Help track supply inventories and vendor communications
  • Create and maintain logs of key administrative activities
  • Respond to routine emails and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Social Sciences Program Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess knowledge of:

  • Excel
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Word
  • Canva
  • copying/scanning documents
