JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Social Sciences Program Manager with the daily functions of the Social Sciences Unit and Hub.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Assist with data entry, tracking, and analysis using Excel spreadsheets

-Maintain organized digital files and folders in SharePoint and Teams

-Prepare and format flyers, Word documents, memos, and reports as requested

-Support calendar management and meeting coordination

-Assist with monitoring and updating procurement and budget records

-Help track supply inventories and vendor communications

-Create and maintain logs of key administrative activities

-Respond to routine emails and inquiries in a professional manner

-Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing

-Support special projects as assigned by the Social Sciences Program Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess knowledge of:

-Excel

-Adobe Acrobat

-Word

-Canva

-copying/scanning documents
