Student Personnel Assistant

Wage - $22.79 per hour

Schedule - Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Maintain files on department records, cards, forms and correspondence sent, received and/or requiring further action, assure necessary confidentiality of information.
• Provide assistance to students in regard to legal matters.
• Maintain contact with and act as liaison between student personnel officer and local law enforcement agencies, courts, attorneys and center staff as needed.
• Schedule center review board hearings an prepare files for necessary documentation.
• Maintain accountability of records.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
