Position Introduction:
The Student Program Coordinator will act as a tour guide coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional campus visit experiences at University of Oklahoma by supporting the planning, coordination, and daily execution of campus tours, group experiences, other visit experiences. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is passionate about creating welcoming and seamless experiences for prospective students and their families. Serving as a central point of coordination for tour logistics, communication, and visitor engagement, the Tour Coordinator ensures that each interaction reflects the care, efficiency, and spirit of the OU community.
The Office of Admissions & Recruitment (OAR) makes connections and creates experiences with the next generation of Sooners by supporting domestic and international freshman, transfer, and concurrent students throughout the application and decision process.
