The Property Office at Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a proactive student to assist with property functions across the Laboratory Campus.This role is ideal for a student who is organized, customer-focused, and interested in gaining experience in property management and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs inventory and distributes office and breakroom supplies
Performs data entry
Assists full-time Property Team with conducting inventory of SDL and Government equipment
Moves office furniture and lab equipment
Disposes excess equipment
Required Qualifications:
Must be a Utah State University student with at least one year of school remaining
Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during summers
Must have a strong work ethic, dedication, and sense of ownership in their job, and be self-directed/motivated
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity tools
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Business-related experience
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely
