    Job Description

    The Student Residence Director cultivates a supportive, inclusive, and engaging living environment for students within the Law School's residential community. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of Dannat Hall, managing resident life programming and supervising Resident Assistants, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and excels in communication.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Reliable and patient with visitors
    • Office experience a plus
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills

    Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; no more than 20 hours per week when school is in session and no more than 35 hours per week during breaks.
