The Student Retention Analyst will provide comprehensive technical oversight, management, and support for the student retention platform (EAB Navigate), including reporting and visualization of retention and success data from the platform and other retention systems. The Analyst will be responsible for utilizing information from different sources (SIS, data warehouse, student retention platform) to pull necessary reports for outgoing student communication and departmental metrics assessment. The Analyst reports to the Student Retention Manager and assists with requests within the Retention department, the Student Success and Retention division, and campus partners utilizing the student retention platform.

Responsibilities

Serve as Application Administrator for student retention platform (EAB Navigate), responsible for serving as the main point of contact across campus and liaison with EAB, configuring settings, permissions and activating users, and triaging end user issues and questions.

Serve as lead for onboarding and supporting new/current users to the student retention platform, including maintaining onboarding/training documents and facilitating user training.
