Job Summary
The Student Salon Coordinator must have an excellent working knowledge of all positions, operations, systems, policies and procedures within the student salon location. The Student Salon Coordinator works with team members to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Follows organizations policies and procedures. Ensures guest satisfaction by providing a world class experience. Offers guests additional services to enhance profit within location.
Proficient in Salon Software Understands guest needs and determines approach for reserving guest appointments. Responsible for analyzing appointment book and identifying problem solving solutions. Acts as an information specialist and guide for services, prices and product knowledge.
Daily Location Duties Opening, closing, maintaining the retail area, making bank deposits, assisting with inventory and preparing daily schedules for guest services. Assist Guest Services Center with information needed. Assist in training new team members Process Gift Cards and mail when needed. Responsible for confirming guest appointments when needed. Handles New Client feedback surveys. When required, assists in organizing direct mailings campaigns such as, "We Miss You" cards
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
