Student Services Administrator

Holliston''s Fred Miller Elementary School (grades 3-5) is seeking a Student Services Administrator to join us in the 2026-27 school year. This professional will work as part of a strong Student Services team to provide proactive and responsive support and services to all students and families.

Qualifications:

• Master''s Degree or higher, state certification as Administrator/Director (preferably special education)
• Massachusetts Educator License
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in special education
• Cultural responsiveness and a growth mindset with students, families, and staff are a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as effective problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks, as well as the ability to be flexible and organized in a fast paced environment
• Knowledgeable and proficient with Federal/State laws and regulations and the IEP Team meeting process.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate educators and paraprofessionals
• Oversee Special Education and Guidance Departments
• Provide School Leadership as part of the administrative team at the elementary school
• Collaborate with Student Services Team and administration to continuously reimagine, and improve services and interventions informed by ongoing needs assessment, data review, and innovation in the field
• Provide Leadership to the Student Assistance Team, identifying underdeveloped skills, antecedents, and related interventions

The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator's License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee.
