As a Student Success Coordinator, you will build meaningful relationships with students from the moment they begin their journey at Keiser University through graduation and beyond, helping them discover opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.No two days are exactly alike. You will provide career coaching, support student engagement, coordinate events, connect students with employers, and serve as a trusted resource throughout their college experience.Student Success & Career Coach students in resume writing, interviewing, networking, and job search strategies Provide individualized coaching and employment resources Connect students and graduates with employers and internship opportunities Help students identify and overcome barriers to academic and career success Encourage student persistence by building meaningful relationships based on trust and support Student EngagementPlan and coordinate engaging campus events, workshops, leadership programs, and student activities Advise and support student organizations and leadership initiatives Assist with commencement activities and campus-wide celebrations Aid social media and campus communication platforms to promote engagement opportunities Employer & Community PartnershipsAssist with developing relationships with local employers and community organizations including outreach calls and off-campus visits Coordinate employer recruiting events, networking opportunities, career fairs, and classroom presentations Participate in employer outreach efforts to identify employment opportunities for students and graduates Represent Keiser University at community and professional events Student SupportDeliver exceptional customer service through every student interaction Assist students with university processes, referrals, and campus resources Maintain accurate records, student documentation, and employment outcomes Collaborate with faculty and campus departments to ensure students receive timely support Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeOutstanding communication skills and a passion for helping othersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology platformsPreferredCareer coaching or workforce development experienceExperience through internships, employment, volunteer work, student leadership, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, event planning, or related fields is valuedTwo or more years of related experience preferredEvent planning or project coordination experienceExperience building employer or community partnershipsNote: This position schedule includes day and typically two evening shifts (until 8PM) and some Saturdays.
